At AiRideTech, we deliver a good quality product with the best price in the market, we want you to love your purchase! Here’s how we handle returns and refunds:

• You can request a return within 14 days of delivery If: 

   Defective or Incorrect Items

• If your item is defective, damaged, or not as described, we will fully refund or replace it.
• Please provide photos or a video so we can quickly process your request.

3. Change of Mind / “No Reason” Returns

• We understand that sometimes you may change your mind. we may make a deal for you.

• Return shipping fees are the customer’s responsibility, except for damaged, defective, or incorrect items.

4. How to Request a Return

1. Contact us via email or WhatsApp within 14 days.
2. Provide your order number and reason for return.5- 

   
   

   5- If a parcel is not collected and returned, shipping fees are non-refundable. Reshipping requires a new shipping payment.
