  • Return shipping fees are the customer’s responsibility, except for damaged, defective, or incorrect items.

  2. Provide your order number and reason for return.5- 


    5- If a parcel is not collected and returned, shipping fees are non-refundable. Reshipping requires a new shipping payment.
